– 9 bars: Lobby Bar, Pool Snack Bar, Beach Snack Bar, Casino Bar, Cocktail Bar, Italian Cafe, Viennese Coffee Palace, English Pub and Champagne Bar,
– a wellness and spa (2,700 m2),
– medical services (1,600 m2),
– a casino (1,900 m2),
– 7 conference/ballrooms (3,500 m2),
– a shopping arcade (4,450 m2),
– a night club,
– a disco club,
– a garage (14,000 m2),
– 4 outside and one inside the swimming pool,
– 4 tennis courts,
– water sports,
– a white sand beach etc.

Other hotels will be in Miami, Paris (both idea architectural projects are in the pipeline), London, and New York.

It will take approximately $ 2.5 billion to realize the entire business project over the next 8 years, which will be raised through shares sales, loans, and financial subsidiaries.

At the moment the company sells only 0.90 % shares (4,050,000 shares) at a price of $ 1.00 per share. The first investors can buy a stake in the company at a huge discount and achieve, for example, a gain of 430 % in 4 years or 1,760 % in 9 years due to rising shares value, plus dividends after the fourth year.

In the next (seed) round company will offer a 5.00% stake (22,500,000 shares) at a price of $ 1.60 per share.
